Running HR operations as AGM at Reliance Retail (Clovia). Managing a full spectrum — recruitment, compliance, performance cycles, and the general chaos that comes with operating at scale in Indian retail.

🐝 Building

Actively growing HRHive — my HR outsourcing venture for Indian startups and SMEs. Currently focused on getting the first paying retainer clients. If you’re a founder managing HR alone, let’s talk.

👨‍👦 Fatherhood

The biggest project right now isn’t HRHive or the blog — it’s raising my son. Watching him grow, trying to get the balance right between presence and discipline, and learning more about patience than any management role ever taught me. Everything else gets scheduled around this.

🧠 Learning

Exploring AI tools for content creation, video, and HR automation. Also spending time trying to understand the nature and universe — less prediction, more the underlying methodologies of how things actually work.

📍 Based In

Delhi-NCR. Originally from Agra — so yes, the Taj Mahal is technically in my backyard.
